This role
We are recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to undertake paving, concreting, drainage, Fencing, Brickwork/Pointing repairs, and installations. As well as other trade repairs and maintenance work, to provide high quality, right first time, cost effective building services to the business and its customers.
To be considered for this position it is essential that you have the ability to undertake associated trade tasks within competency, NVQ2 qualification or equivalent and/or long-term relevant trade experience.
It is preferable for you to also have Abrasive Wheel training, a PASMA qualification, the ability to read construction drawings and experience of working within a social housing environment.
