Role: Brand Marketing Executive (Safety & Workwear Brands)
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Location: Hardwicke, GL2 4PH – Hybrid (remote and office)

We also supply to some of the UK’s largest online, high‑street, and outdoor retailers such as Screwfix, Toolstation, Mole Valley, Cotswold Outdoors and many more.
What we’re looking for
A creative, organised, proactive and experienced Brand Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. You should be confident managing campaigns, creating engaging content, and coordinating assets across digital and traditional channels. A keen eye for detail, an understanding of social media trends, B2B marketing and content creation will help you thrive in this role.
Responsibilities
* Create engaging content for social media, PR, websites, events and retailer activations
* Manage and maintain brand assets, coordinating photography, video and copy creation
* Support the sales team with sales tools and product information tools
* Provide support with trade shows and events, ensuring marketing materials and displays are delivered on time
* Develop B2B communications, including newsletters and social media content for LinkedIn and Instagram
* Provide marketing support to retail and wholesale partners through POS materials, catalogues and website content
* Work with our social influencers on campaign activations
* Liaise with media and trade press to deliver compelling PR and advertising campaigns
What you should bring
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence to collaborate across teams and external partners
* Experience in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
* Creativity and initiative; eager to contribute ideas and take ownership of tasks
* A team player who works well with others and contributes positively to a supportive culture
* A passion for marketing and brand development
