Some processes need tightening up. The audits can be a grind. You'll need to chase people for documentation they should have sorted already. If you're the kind of person who enjoys bringing order to chaos, you'll enjoy it here.

There’s a lot of variety here: managing day-to-day project logistics, keeping documentation sharp, and ensuring key milestones are met. You’ll need to be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, gathering and organising audit documentation, and working across departments.

* High attention to detail, especially regarding compliance, documentation, and processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Supporting the coordination and delivery of operational and audit-related projects.
* Maintaining project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and key documentation.
* Preparing audit reports, tracking findings, and supporting corrective actions.
* Assisting with budget tracking and scope management.
* Running project meetings and workshops—owning agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
* Providing clear, consistent reports to the Senior Operations & Project Manager and teams.
* Contributing to process improvements for smoother delivery and audit readiness.
