My client are a multidisciplinary studio creating genre-defining experiences that transform spaces and engage audiences. Working across luxury, culture and retail, they partner with brands such as Chanel, Dior and Cartier, as well as leading global destinations and private clients.
The Role
They are looking for an Events Director to lead and evolve their event offering. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for the planning, execution and delivery of all events, from intimate, highly personalised experiences through to complex, large-scale productions. You’ll work closely with the founders, creative director and wider studio to shape concepts, guide delivery and ensure every event reflects their commitment to quality, creativity and detail.
You’ll lead the events team, setting direction, supporting development and creating an environment where people feel empowered to do exceptional work. You’ll also play a key role in nurturing client relationships, helping position them as a trusted long-term partner for luxury event production.
What You’ll Do
* Lead, inspire and develop the events team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
* Oversee the full event lifecycle, from early concept and planning through to delivery and evaluation
* Act as a key point of contact for luxury brands and HNW clients, alongside the founders and creative director
* Translate client ambitions into bespoke, thoughtfully crafted event experiences
* Work closely with creative, design and production teams to deliver visually and technically exceptional events
* Oversee venues, catering, entertainment, décor and technical production
* Manage timelines, budgets and supplier relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards
* Maintain strong quality control across all events, with a consistent focus on excellence
* Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies and new ideas that can elevate the client experience
About You
* Extensive experience delivering high-end events for luxury brands and HNW clients
* A confident, considered leader with experience managing and developing teams
* Strong project management skills across complex, multi-layered events
* Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities
* Highly organised, detail-driven and calm under pressure
* Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets without compromising quality
* Genuinely passionate about creating memorable, beautifully executed experiences
