The Forklift Counterbalance Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse or yard. The role requires strong attention to safety, accuracy in handling materials, and the ability to work as part of a fast‑paced logistics team.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
* Operate a Counterbalance Forklift to load, unload, move, and stack materials.
* Transport goods safely around the warehouse, yard, or loading bays.
* Conduct daily equipment checks and report any faults or safety concerns.
* Assist with general warehouse duties when required, including picking, packing, and stock rotation.
* Follow all site safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised working environment.
* Work closely with supervisors and warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow.
