Purpose Statement Manages and maintains the security of information systems, assets, and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations. Assists site leadership in achieving security goals. Monitors, detects, and responds to security incidents, and implements security measures to protect the organization from security threats in coordination with Corporate Security Manager and stakeholder group. Key Job Accountabilities Monitors security systems and logs, analyzes security events, and identifies potential threats and vulnerabilities. Board reporting responsibility within the U.K. for security matters. Management and oversight of employee vetting process Supports or leads responses to security incidents or breaches, and implementation of corrective actions to mitigate risks. Develops, implements, and maintains security policies, procedures, and guidelines. Conducts security assessments and audits to identify weaknesses and recommend improvements. Manages access controls, user accounts, and security permissions. Provides security awareness training and education to employees. Collaborates with IT teams to implement security solutions and technologies. Stays updated on the latest security threats, trends, and best practices. Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Education/Experience Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience in security management or a related field. Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree and equivalent work experience, preferably in a security specialist or systems management role. Other Qualifications Relevant security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security, CISSP) are a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Ability to use a computer and other office equipment. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Travel Requirements May be required to travel to different locations or facilities.
