Group Financial Controller
Up to £75,000 + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and technically strong Group Financial Controller to join a fast growing, award winning business entering its next phase of expansion.
Working within a dynamic multi entity group, you will take ownership of financial control, statutory reporting, group consolidations, audit management, compliance, and the development of robust financial processes and controls. This is a hands‑on leadership role offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders and Board level decision making.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the month‑end close and group consolidation process
* Oversee statutory accounts, audit, tax, and regulatory compliance
* Manage intercompany accounting and balance sheet controls
* Support the setup and integration of new entities as the group grows
* Drive process improvements, automation, and financial controls
* Provide leadership and technical support to the wider finance team
About You
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
* Proven experience in a Group Financial Controller or senior finance role
* Strong group consolidation and technical accounting expertise
* Experience operating across multiple entities
* Able to combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach
* Construction, property, or related sector experience would be advantageous
