As an Early Years Practitioner Apprentice, you will support the nursery team in creating an inclusive environment in which all children's individual needs are met whilst ensuring that exceptional quality childcare is provided to all.
As an Apprentice you will support your team to observe, plan and evaluate development experiences for key children; at times keeping accurate records and maintaining regular contact and communication with parents.
You will learn and implement pedagogy knowledge throughout your practice and be a role model to others.
Adhere to legislative and Company requirements in relation to safeguarding and health and safety.
Overall, you will be part of a team that goes above and beyond to support not only the children but each other.
