Tradewind Recruitment are seeking Sports Science Graduates to work as a cover supervisor, support range of secondary schools in the Folkestone area. You will play a vital role in nurturing the next generation. Full time and part time positions available with a daily rate of between £100 and £120 a day depending on experience. Immediate starts available pending clearance. The Role: Supervise classes of secondary age students in the absence of the class teacherDeliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively across various subjects and year groups including PE.Foster a positive and inclusive learning environmentManage classroom behaviour and uphold school policiesProvide support and guidance to students as needed Requirements: Strong communication skillsAbility to adapt quickly to varying classroom environmentsPrevious experience within a classroom setting is desirable but not essentialHold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checksCV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possibleLegal right to work in the UK If you're ready to embark on a rewarding journey in education and make a difference in the lives of students, we would love to speak to you!
