Job Summary:
A leading Telecom company is seeking a seasoned Service Assurance Program Manager to spearhead end-to-end delivery of service assurance initiatives within complex OSS/BSS ecosystems. In this hybrid position, you will spend 3 days per week in the Reading office, ensuring strategic programs align with business goals and regulatory standards, and driving operational excellence in network performance, fault management, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver service assurance programs focused on network performance, fault management, and customer experience .
Drive strategic initiatives that align with business objectives and regulatory standards .
Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver robust assurance solutions.
Ensure service reliability and operational efficiency through best-in-class program governance.
Oversee risk management and implement both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
Skills, Experience, and Abilities Required: 15+ years' experience in the Telecom domain, with a strong emphasis on service assurance .
Deep expertise in OSS/BSS service assurance processes .
Proven track record in program governance, risk management, and delivery of complex projects.
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and external partners .
Advanced communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies .
Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field .
Relevant certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or Agile methodologies are highly desirable.
