Director, Sales / Business Development – Europe (MRI AI Software)
We’re supporting a fast-moving, well-established medical software company specialising in AI for MRI performance and workflow optimisation, as they appoint a European Sales Director to drive the next phase of growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role owning commercial execution across key European markets — building pipeline, closing complex enterprise deals, expanding strategic accounts, and shaping a scalable go-to-market approach.
The role
* Own and execute European sales strategy across multiple markets
* Lead complex enterprise sales cycles and executive-level engagements
* Scale pipeline predictability, forecasting and sales discipline
* Build and develop high-performing regional sales teams
* Drive partnerships and ecosystem relationships across healthcare
1. The profile
* 10–15+ years in senior sales / business development roles
* Strong enterprise B2B track record in healthcare, medtech or software
* Experience selling into hospitals or enterprise healthcare systems
* Comfortable operating across multi-country European markets
* Imaging, diagnostic software or healthcare AI experience highly valued
