Salary: £90 – £110 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently seeking a Primary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school community in Littlehampton this September. This full-time, long-term role offers a great opportunity to work alongside experienced educators and support children’s learning, growth, and confidence.
In this role you’ll work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide valuable support to pupils across the school. Whether you're helping with group activities, offering one-to-one support, or encouraging positive behaviour, your role will be key in shaping a positive learning experience.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in delivering high-quality lessons and learning activities.
* Provide one-to-one or small group support where needed.
* Encourage pupil engagement and help maintain a positive classroom environment.
* Support teachers with classroom organisation and daily routines.
* Build strong relationships with pupils and contribute to their emotional and academic development.
Requirements for Primary TA:
* Experience working with children in a primary school or similar setting.
* A calm, friendly, and proactive approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A CV covering the last 10 years (with explanations for any gaps).
* An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
