A highly respected Mayfair disputes boutique is entering its next phase of growth and is looking to hire 3–5 senior, entrepreneurial litigators across commercial disputes, civil litigation, and white-collar crime.

* Competitive base salary: £60k–£120k (flexible for exceptional originators)
* 40% of receipts on work you originate (billed and paid)

Strong originators can out-earn many big-firm salaried partners, with far greater control and transparency.
