This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join one of the largest and most respected Private Client teams in the region.
This role offers the chance to take on a leadership-style position within a smaller office while remaining part of a large, highly regarded regional team. You’ll inherit an existing caseload and play an important role in mentoring junior colleagues while helping to grow the office’s reputation locally.

Who we’re looking for
4. Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in private client work
5. Experience managing a varied caseload including wills, probate and LPAs
6. Ability to handle matters independently with minimal supervision
7. Strong client relationship and communication skills
8. Collaborative, approachable and team-focused personality
9. Experience dealing with complex estate planning or HNW clients (Desired)
10. Around 6+ PQE ideally, though flexible depending on experience (Desired)
11. Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members (Desired)
12. Interest in business development and local networking (Desired)
What you’ll be doing
13. Managing a varied private client caseload
14. Building strong relationships with clients including high-net-worth individuals
15. Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues within the office
16. Working collaboratively with the wider private client team across the region
17. Contributing to business development and local networking
18. Supporting the ongoing development and reputation of the office
Within your first six months, you’ll take over an existing caseload and build relationships with colleagues and clients. Over time, you’ll become a senior presence within the office, helping mentor junior team members and contributing to the growth of the local private client offering.
