<div><h3>Job Title</h3><p>Paediatric Nurse (RSCN) – Vale Hospital (Paediatrics)</p><h3>Compensation</h3><p>Up to £22 per hour depending on experience.</p><h3>Work Schedule</h3><p>Bank – you work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability, including weekend work.</p><h3>Responsibilities & Duties</h3><ul><li>Bring valuable post‑registration experience, including work on the surgical ward, with a dual training approach that equips you for both paediatric and adult care environments.</li><li>Ideally possess Intermediate Life Support (ILS) or Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification.</li><li>Have a passion for delivering exceptional care to look after children between the ages of 3‑16 years during their pre‑ or post‑operative stay on the ward and whilst they attend clinics and procedures around the hospital.</li><li>Play a vital role in supporting children through their hospital journey, acting as a trusted support for both patients and their parents or guardians.</li><li>Deliver high‑quality, clinically effective care as an essential part of our ward team.</li><li>Broaden your skills across a wide variety of cases.</li><li>Work within different specialist areas.</li><li>Benefit from flexible hours.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>You are registered with the appropriate governing body, and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC.</p><p>With post‑registration experience, you’re a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.</p><h3>Benefits</h3><p>We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
