Salary: £65,000 to £75,000 + Pension + Benefits

The midlands site is looking once again to expand due to further investment, within this globally secure organisation.

* Apprentice Trained Electrical Engineer – Ideally HNC
* PLC Programming with an understanding of ATEX

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day electrical & instrumentation engineering and maintenance activities leading a team of engineers, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximising site efficiency, including focusing on machinery maintenance, working on several chemical process machinery lines, including PLC/HMI programming. Ideally RS Logix 500, Studio 5000 and FactoryTalk View, within automated machinery. The ideal candidate will come from an electrical engineering background and should be able to work on their own initiative and manage projects with several teams of electrical engineers. You will also be able and willing to be involved in general engineering work on CMMS & PPM systems within the manufacturing process machinery area. Working on project work, involving design, specification, and installation of all electrical and instrumentation systems. There is a huge amount of variety on offer so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
