Permanent, term time only 39.2 weeks per year including INSET days, Monday to Friday 32.5 hours per week
Salary: Grade 5: £25,183 – £26,409 per annum pro rata
Actual salary: £19,208.77 - £20,143.92 per annum

Are you looking for a dynamic and exciting role within education where no day is the same? This role involves supporting students within the classroom to meet their aspirational targets. This could also be the ideal stepping-stone into teaching or mentoring.
What will you be doing? You will be supervising classes during the short-term absence of their teacher, assisting students with their set work and activities to ensure they remain focused and on track. This role is diverse with the opportunity to develop new skills throughout the school.
What do you need? Good numeracy/literacy skills equivalent to GCSE grade C and above and excellent communication skills. Experience within education preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
