About the Role
Seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to lead one of our Residential Children’s Homes specialising in Learning Disabilities. If you are an experienced manager within Children’s Residential Care and ready for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
As the Registered Manager, you will ensure the delivery of a warm, nurturing, accepting therapeutic environment in line with our core values. You will oversee the successful day-to-day running of the home, lead a team of skilled professionals, and contribute to ongoing strategic planning and service development.
About You
We are looking for someone who brings:
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
* The ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships with external agencies
* A consistent, child-centred approach to care and support
* Resilience, perseverance, and confidence in leading others during challenging periods
* A strong commitment to advocating for disadvantaged and vulnerable young people
* Excellent working knowledge of Ofsted regulations and legislation for Children’s Homes
* Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent)
* Commitment to achieving the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young People’s Services (if not already obtained)
