Job Description Corporate and Commercial Solicitor Chelmsford c.£70,000 DOE We are excited to be working with a well-established, family-run law firm in Chelmsford to find a talented Commercial Solicitor to join their growing team. About the Role You'll be joining a close-knit, friendly team with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll handle a varied and interesting caseload while playing a key role in the firm’s continued success. Key Responsibilities: Managing a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&As, corporate transactions, shareholder agreements, restructuring, and general commercial work. Providing clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice to business clients. Building long-lasting relationships with referrers and clients, becoming a trusted advisor. Supporting or leading the development of the Commercial department. Contributing to business growth through networking and strategic partnerships. Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals and targets. About You 4 years PQE with experience in corporate and commercial law. A commercial mindset with the ability to understand and support business clients. Strong communication skills – confident, approachable, and able to build rapport easily. A proactive team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment. Passionate about delivering exceptional client service and making a real impact. Why Join?
