WeareseekinganexperiencedandproactiveQuantitySurveyortojoinourclientsteam.Thisroleofferstheopportunitytotakeownershipofcontractcostmanagement,workingacrossmultipleprojectswhilstcontributingtofinancialreporting,cashflowforecasting,andoverallcontractperformance.
KeyResponsibilities:
Preparingandagreeingvaluationswithclientswhilstensuringtimelypayments
Accuratelymeasuringandquantifyingmaterialsfromdrawings
Allocatingjobcostsinlinewithcompanyprocedures
Pricingcontractvariationsandmanagingsubcontractorpayments
Issuingenquiries,comparingquotes,negotiating,andplacingcomprehensiveorders
Assistingwithsupplychaincontrolandvisibilityofliabilities
Contributingtomonthlyfinancialreportsandcashflowforecasting
Liaisingwithestimating,design,purchasing,andcontractsteamstoidentifyandmitigatepotentialcostoverspends
Supportingcostcontrolandreportingacrossindividualandmultiplecontracts
SupervisingandtrainingassistantortraineeQuantitySurveyors
Undertakinggeneraladministrativedutiesasrequired
Knowledge&Skills:
Confidentcommunicator,capableofengagingwithalllevelswithinanorganisation
Previousexperienceworkingforaspecialistsub-contractoressential
Claddingknowledgepreferred
