The Role
We’re hiring a BDE to fuel the top of our sales funnel. This is a junior–mid role with plenty of room to grow. You’ll be responsible for building pipeline: identifying the right brands, starting conversations, and booking qualified meetings for our commercial team. You’ll be adept at leveraging marketing content, events, and thought-leadership to use as tools in your outreach to cut through noise, start conversations and add value.
What You’ll Do
* Prospect, research and identify new leads that fit Heur’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
* Run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn and phone, combining scale with personalisation.
* Use marketing assets - whitepapers, case studies, event invites, editorial - as engagement tools to add value in every outreach.
* Qualify leads effectively, ensuring only the right opportunities move forward.
* Book meetings for the leadership team, with top-of-funnel lead generation as your primary KPI.
* Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
* Experiment with messaging and channels to improve conversion rates, and share feedback with marketing and leadership teams.
What We’re Looking For
* 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation (agency or B2B environment ideal, but not essential).
* Comfortable with cold outreach - you know how to craft a sharp email, start a LinkedIn conversation, and pick up the phone when needed.
* Organised and detail-oriented, able to balance activity volume with quality.
* Resilient and motivated - you can handle rejection and keep momentum.
* Curious about ecommerce and excited by the chance to build a career in sales.
