Key Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of commercial property transactions.
* Handling freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, lease renewals, and assignments.
* Acting for landlords, tenants, developers, investors, and SMEs.
* Supporting senior lawyers on complex commercial real estate transactions and development matters.
* Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, heads of terms, licences, and reports on title.
* Conducting due diligence, searches, and enquiries.
* Managing client relationships and contributing to business development activities.
Key Skills & Experience
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in commercial property law (NQ considered).
* Strong understanding of commercial leases, acquisitions, disposals, and general property work.
* Excellent drafting, technical accuracy, and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage your own caseload independently.
* Commercially aware with a strong client-care focus.
