Wholesale Sales Representative – Edinburgh People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Wholesale Sales Representative to join our well-established client based in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join a growing business, developing strong client relationships and driving new wholesale opportunities. Shifts • Monday to Friday • 09:00 – 17:30 • Flexible start and finish times depending on business and client needs Salary • £26,000 – £30,000 per year • Company car included Benefits As a Wholesale Sales Representative, you will receive: • Competitive salary • Company car provided • Monday to Friday working schedule • Opportunity to develop within a growing business • Varied role combining office and field-based work Day-to-Day Duties As a Wholesale Sales Representative, your duties will include (but are not limited to): • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing wholesale clients • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned territories or product lines • Conducting market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs • Presenting and promoting products to potential and existing customers through meetings, demonstrations and events • Preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals • Negotiating pricing, terms and contracts in line with company policies • Processing orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery to customers • Maintaining accurate sales records, forecasts and reports using CRM systems • Working closely with internal teams including marketing, logistics and finance to ensure excellent customer service • Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets Essential Skills To be successful as a Wholesale Sales Representative, you will need: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills • A proactive and results-driven approach to sales Desirable Experience • Previous experience in wholesale, B2B sales or account management (2 years preferred) • A qualification in business, marketing or a related field would be advantageous Training Provided • Ongoing support and training will be provided Apply If you are interested in this opportunity as a Wholesale Sales Representative, please apply today and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch.
