Responsibilities
* Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue.
* Piercing Excellence: Join the ranks of our piercing experts through comprehensive training. Become a trusted guide for customers—conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns throughout the process.
* Keep It Fresh: Maintain an Insta-worthy store with perfect displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts that make browsing fun and effortless.
* Team Collaboration: Support your Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy vibe that customers and coworkers love.
* Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and services. Stay plugged into the latest fashion and social media trends to help customers find their perfect style. Use your knowledge to suggest products and boost sales.
* Store Operations: Oversee operations with efficiency and flair, including inventory management, cash handling, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotional activities to reflect Claire's fun and joy.
* Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to show off their new accessories and piercings on social media, turning their Claire's haul into the next viral moment.
* Sales-Obsessed Energy: Enjoy the thrill of making a sale, hitting goals, and turning browsers into buyers.
* Social & Digital Savvy: Be aware of trending topics and viral content, and translate that into an exceptional customer experience.
* Customer-First Mentality: Understand people, and help them feel confident and empowered.
* Retail & Leadership Skills: At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
* Ready to Hustle: Be organized, self-motivated, and always looking for ways to level up. You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
* POS Proficiency: Operate a POS system to facilitate transactions and support smooth store operations.
* Education & Experience: Some high school completion and at least one year of retail management experience.
* Physical Requirements: Ability to stand during shifts and maneuver 11-35 kg (25-75 lbs); bend, stoop, extend reaching, and climb ladders or step stools when placing merchandise or assisting customers.
* Customer Focus & Fashion Passion: Be passionate about providing opportunities for customers to express themselves and stay up to date with fashion trends to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
