CBW is currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office building based in the Charing Cross, London. The successful candidate will be Mechanical / plumbing biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance to the following. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £42,000 for further training and career progression. Duties: Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings Emergency lighting Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Water Treatment (Temperature checks ) Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) LTHW DHWS CHW Hours of work Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 Package Up to £42,000 22 days holiday plus bank holidays Overtime available Company pensionRequirements Mechanically / Plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ etc) A proven track record in Building Maintenance Good Communication Skills.
