Pembrokeshire County Council Reablement Service is expanding and as part of this development we need a deputy Manager. The post holder would support the Registered Manager to manage, develop and review care delivery and good practice which supports to enhance quality of life, well-being, inclusion, choice and dignity to ensure continuous improvement and provision of high quality, person centred care services. Enabling individuals to maximise their independence and daily living skills in line with the current and new legislation implemented in accordance with the Social Care and Well-being Act Wales 2014, Regulation and Inspection of Social Care Wales Act 2016, Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) and promoting the Social Care Wales Codes of Practice.
You will deputise for the Registered Manager during their absence undertaking the full range of managerial duties as required. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious and wants to take the next step in their career.
