Location:London, 2 days a week in the office
Salary: From £39,000 + 10% discretionary bonus
Level:Manager-level, with scope across a team or key FMCGclients.

This is an incredible opportunity for a collaborative, client-focused leader to step into a AccountManager role at Capture, where relationship-building, creativity, and commercial acumen come together to create real impact.

You'll own andnurture partnerships with some of the biggest FMCG brands, managingcampaigns from response to briefto execution, and work cross-functionally with inspiring teams across planning, media, and creative.

A Little Bit About You

You’ll bring:

* A proven track record in delivering business/client growth.
* A can-do attitude. Someone who loves to try new things and push themselves outside of their comfort zone to learn and deliver high-quality campaigns!
* Line management experience, coaching and developing members of your team to encourage high performance.
* A strong understanding of numbers, being able to work with data and financial reporting.
* Experience working in a fast-paced and matrixed organisation with a solution-focused mindset.
* Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:

1. Client Management: Build strong relationships with your clients, understand their needs as a business, and identify ways to cement and expand Captures’ current
setup with them
2. Campaign Creation: Lead the creation of all agency output for your clients. Create strategy proposals in conjunction with other members across SMG and your
direct team
3. Campaign Evaluation: Comfortable with reviewing and simplifying the presentation of data. Oversee the team output of all campaign evaluation work and lead
presentations to clients.
4. Team Management: Manage team members with varying experience, assign their resources to own particular areas of the clients you oversee.
5. Commercial Management: Oversee the commercial reporting of your client base, being able to assess how your client accounts are performing and articulate this
clearly and simply to your line manager.
