About you
You know the signage and large format print industry. Maybe you have been working hands on in production, print or installation and now you are ready to take the next step. You do not need to have been an account manager before, what matters is that you understand the industry, you are organised and you are confident talking to clients. You are keen to learn, develop and grow into a role where you will take more responsibility for projects and customer relationships.
Your experience
You have worked in signage, large format print, graphics or a related field. You understand how jobs move from brief to finished product and you know the practical challenges that come with it. You are comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and keeping things organised. You are a good communicator, both with colleagues and customers. Any direct account management experience is a bonus but it is not essential. It is your industry knowledge and willingness to progress that will make you stand out.
What you will be doing with your experience in this role
This role is about managing projects and supporting clients while learning and growing into a full account manager position. You will be the point of contact for clients, taking briefs, coordinating with the production team and making sure jobs run smoothly. You will learn how to build long term client relationships, manage expectations and spot opportunities to add value. It is a chance to use your industry background in a new way, developing your skills in client service and account management.
