The team works across commissioning, contracts and Market Shaping to help build a clear picture of service performance, market capacity, quality and financial trends, ensuring decisions have robust evidence and insight. The role has a direct organisational impact. By improving data quality, strengthening market intelligence, and supporting benefit tracking and financial insight, the Market Intelligence Officer enables better planning, improved value for money, and more resilient markets. Your work will help the organisation to respond proactively to market pressures, target improvement activity, and ensure adult social care services are sustainable, responsive, and aligned to statutory duties and local priorities.
