About Smoke Free
Smoke Free is a UK-based health tech company with a simple mission: to help people quit smoking for good.
Over 8 million smokers have used our app to stop, supported by behavioural science, data-driven tools, and evidence-based methods.
We’ve been profitable for over a decade, have just launched in Germany with DiGA approval, and are now scaling up across both markets.
We’re looking for a purpose-driven Partnerships Marketing Manager to help us reach even more people and work with our partners to make smoke-free living the norm.
The Role
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused Partnerships Marketing Manager role for a marketing professional who thrives on turning strategy into action.
You’ll work closely with our senior leadership team to plan and execute creative campaigns that engage new users, build partnerships, and strengthen our brand presence across the UK.
We’re looking for someone who’s both strategic and practical - organised, leading campaigns, and using data to guide decisions.
You’ll also help grow our partnerships and explore opportunities to connect with public health organisations, local authorities and healthcare providers to reach more people who need support to quit smoking.
What You’ll Do
* Build and manage partnerships with healthcare bodies, local authorities, and relevant organisations
* Manage a diary of partnership executions, keeping a keen eye on timelines, budgets and asset allocation
* Plan, execute, and optimise digital and partnership-led marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social, email, paid, and partnerships)
* Develop content and messaging that engages users, partners, and the wider public health community
* Work closely with the CEO and wider team to align campaigns with business goals and brand strategy
* Manage and track campaign performance using tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite
* Collaborate with agencies, freelancers, and internal teams to deliver campaigns and creative assets
* Explore opportunities for PR and brand visibility within the UK health and wellbeing space
* Use data and insights to inform campaign performance and drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
* Significant experience in a hands-on Partnership Marketing role, ideally within health, tech, or purpose-led organisations
* Proven experience in running digital campaigns and using tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite
* Strong communication skills with the ability to write clear, engaging copy across channels
* Experience in partnership or stakeholder marketing, ideally within the public health or not-for-profit sectors
* Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to inform and optimise marketing activity
* Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
* Genuine passion for public health and helping people make positive behavioural changes
What We Offer
* A meaningful role in a growing company with real social impact
* The opportunity to play a central role in Smoke Free’s next stage of growth
* A supportive, collaborative, and flexible working culture
* Autonomy to shape and deliver marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes
* Remote-first working with flexible hours and regular team connection
* Share options and competitive salary (£50k - £60k DOE)
