Salary: £26,500-£29,000 depending on skills and experience
Avia Technique is a leading UK aviation maintenance and repair centre, specialising in critical safety and survival equipment. We're currently seeking a skilled Technician to join our Witham facility, focusing on the maintenance and repair of emergency slides and life rafts.

Being a Technician at Avia Technique
As a Technician at Avia Technique, you'll play a hands-on role in maintaining high-pressure safety equipment to the highest standards. You'll be part of a skilled and collaborative team, ensuring every component meets strict regulatory and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
* Carry out maintenance and repair work in line with approved aviation data
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal quality standards
* Work closely with colleagues to manage and prioritise workload effectively
* Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and attention to detail
Person profile:
* Proven experience in a mechanical environment
* Strong understanding of high-pressure systems
* Aviation experience (desirable but not essential)
* Familiarity with aviation maintenance standards and safety protocols
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious approach
