The Role
We are seeking a strong, people-focused Operations Manager to take full ownership of our core operational functions. This is a senior leadership role, with accountability not only for warehouse, fulfilment, and transport performance, but critically for leading, developing, and managing people effectively.
While operational and warehouse experience is important, this role is not a purely hands-on warehouse management position. We are looking for an experienced leader with exceptional people management and HR capability, who can set standards, manage performance, lead change, and build a positive, accountable culture across operational teams.
