We are seeking a passionate Educational Psychologist to join our multi-disciplinary team supporting young people with SEMH/SEN needs.
Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and deliver therapeutic work with pupils.
* Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals to promote inclusion and meet EHCP requirements.
* Provide staff training on trauma‑informed practices, emotional regulation, and behaviour support.
* Support whole school development and systemic approaches in a forward‑thinking organisation.
Essential Criteria
HCPC registration, experience with SEMH needs, and strong communication skills.
Desirable Criteria
Experience in specialist SEMH settings and therapeutic training.
