Practice Manager to Join Our Supportive, Multi-Disciplinary Team
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic full time Practice Manager to join our friendly and forward-thinking practice team striving to deliver excellent continuity of care to patients in our community. Located within the Adamson Hospital Cupar, we serve a diverse population and are within easy commuting distance within Fife, Dundee and Edinburgh. On-site parking is available, and it is only a ten–minute walk from the train station.
The purpose of the role is to provide leadership, management and motivation to the Practice team to enable the Practice to meet its agreed aims and objectives within an efficient and positive working environment.

* We are a well-established, multi-disciplinary practice with a strong focus on collaborative, patient-centred care.
* Patient Population of 8,000 from a semi-rural geographic area, for which we have in-hours responsibility for the town’s 23 bed community hospital ward, and one of the local care homes.
* Our diverse team includes GPs, practice nurses, ANPs, pharmacists, HCAs, and allied health professionals.
* We pride ourselves on a supportive working environment with regular meetings, and opportunities for professional development.
* Practice has a very strong history of education and training for medical and non-medical professionals and students.

We are looking for someone with:
* Strong business management skills and experience
* A team player who values collaboration across disciplines
* Financial planning and management experience
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills are essential
* Resilient and proactive with good negotiating skills.
* Experience of recruitment, staff appraisals, performance management and handling grievances and disciplinary issues.
* Proven track record of the ability to motivate and support staff
* Someone who embraces innovation and continuous improvement
* Experience in general practice management is desirable but not essential.
* Working knowledge of GDPR compliance and SARS within Health Care.
