Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator Location: Dartford (Hybrid Working) Salary: £32,000 Hours: Monday to Friday A leading facilities management provider is seeking an organised and proactive Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator professional to join their team based in Dartford. This role offers a great blend of office and home working, supporting the smooth delivery of maintenance contracts across a busy FM portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and coordination skills, ideally with experience using Joblogic, Simpro, or similar CAFM systems. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to contract managers Log and schedule reactive and planned maintenance works Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth job delivery Update CAFM systems with job notes, documentation, and compliance records Raise purchase orders and support invoicing processes Produce reports, trackers, and contract documentation Manage contract inboxes and ensure client SLAs are met Assist with monthly billing and financial reports where required Skills & Experience Required Experience in facilities management or building services desirable Strong administration or coordination background Competent user of Joblogic, Simpro, or other FM/CAFM platforms Excellent communication skills and confident dealing with clients and engineers Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Whats on Offer £32,000 per annum Hybrid working (office & home mix) Monday to Friday schedule Supportive team environment Career development opportunities within a growing FM business
