Job Title: Reactive Maintenance Account Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

We are currently seeking an experienced Reactive Maintenance Account Manager on behalf of one of our valued clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing client relationships and overseeing maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts
2. Prepare accurate quotations and job costings
3. Coordinate materials and ensure timely collection by engineers
4. Support the team by working collaboratively, while also managing tasks independently
5. Quickly adapt to client systems
6. Ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements:
7. Proven experience in a similar account management or reactive maintenance role
8. Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously
9. Excellent communication and organisational skills
10. Proficient in quoting, costing, and client interaction
11. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
Package:
12. Competitive salary package: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
