The organisation is seeking an energetic events professional to join an award-winning team and support the delivery of an all-encompassing range of business events.

What you'll do
* Assist with event planning, set-up and management across a wide range of business networking and corporate events
* Support the smooth administration of events, maintaining accurate records on the company CRM and website
* Supporting NI Chamber members with event registration and follow-up
* Supplier and partner liaison
* Preparation of sponsorship and evaluation reports
* Research current event trends, new ideas, entertainment and venues

Essential criteria:
* 1 years' experience of working in a similar role with a focus on event Planning / Management
* Knowledge of key components in event planning
* Competence in using MS Office, MS Teams and Zoom
* Strong attention to detail, with excellent time management and organisational skills
* Ability to work to deadlines and manage tasks simultaneously
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
Desirable criteria:
* Experience using Hubspot, WordPress, SharePoint or similar applications
* Demonstrable interest and a sound understanding of the business landscape
* Access to transport for business purposes
* Third level qualification in a relevant field or 1 years' experience of working in a similar role
