Job Title: Business Analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 7–10 years of experience to support delivery across Operational Risk Management (ORM) program. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in risk and data-focused business analysis, with the ability to effectively engage key ORM Risk stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, and partner with ORM Data Domain and Technology to support data governance requirements and development of enhanced risk monitoring tools.
*Practical experience in producing wireframes to support the design and development of risk monitoring tools is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct business analysis independently and produce high-quality artefacts i.e., (including BRDs, process maps, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria).
* Engage with ORM Risk to elicit monitoring tool requirements, produce wireframe designs and supplementary artefacts to drive end-to-end solution and improved governance.
* Interpret requirements into clear, actionable monitoring tool specifications and work closely with Technology throughout development lifecycle.
* Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement solutions.
* Engage with key stakeholders to drive decisions and maintain momentum across deliverables.
Skills and Attributes:
* Strong foundation in business analysis, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, and creation of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Experience working in risk and data-driven environments, ideally involving multiple risk types in a medium or large bank.
* Ability to produce wireframes based on requirements, including - defining layout, navigation structure, risk theme content.
* Familiarity with data governance concepts, including Critical Data Elements, Authoritative Data Source, Data Lineage, Data Quality Concerns / Rules.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and written and verbal communication skills with the ability to express complex requirements clearly and concisely.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables effectively.
