Senior Security Engineer (Installation and Commissioning Engineer)

We’re recruiting for an experienced Senior Security Engineer to join one of our clients on a permanent basis, working on high-profile commercial projects across Central London.
You’ll be trusted to focus on engineering excellence, play a key role in the successful delivery of well-scoped security projects!
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, service, fault-find, and commission access control and CCTV systems
* Carry out first and second fix works to a high professional standard
* Test, commission, and complete system handovers with full documentation
* Work safely and effectively on live commercial construction sites
* Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, and site teams
* Deliver consistently high-quality workmanship across all installations
Key Skills & Experience:
* 10+ years’ experience as a Security or Access Control Engineer
* Valid ECS card
* Strong knowledge of UK compliance requirements and British Standards
* Proven experience installing and commissioning access control systems (Gallagher, Paxton)
* Proven experience installing and commissioning CCTV systems (Hikvision, Avigilon)
* Confident across installation, servicing, fault-finding, and commissioning
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Desirable Certifications:
* SSSTS
* IPAF
* PASMA
