Registered Manager – Children’s EBD Home – London – Up to £67,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead one of their Children’s Homes supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a full-time, permanent role offering 40 hours per week based in Ilford.

What We’re Looking For
* In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and Ofsted requirements.
* At least 2 years’ experience working in a Children’s Residential setting within the last 5 years, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
* Previous Ofsted registration as a Registered Manager is desirable but not essential. We will consider good Deputies looking to step up
* Strong leadership and management capabilities.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred.
