No Agencies Please Internal Applicants Only The Opportunity: This position will see you working with central procurement and assisting the team to support all aspects of the procurement function whilst organising and maintaining departmental administration and reporting for site level. This role will work closely with all business departments and external suppliers. What you will contribute Maintain the management information systems, ensuring procurement records, data and pricing are complete and accurate. Assist & support central procurement with the sourcing of raw materials from existing and new suppliers. Prepare, collate and analyse reports for central procurement & Finance Lead and control contract review and management Support accounts payable to deal with invoice queries and final approval Check and approval of selected indirect invoices What you will bring: Ability to demonstrate advanced numerical skills; as well as strong written and verbal communication and problem solving. Microsoft Office skills; namely Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Self-motivated and adaptable to the demands of a fast-changing high growth business with the confidence to constructively challenge. Confidence in communicating at all levels throughout the business Effectively meeting internal and external customer needs whilst building productive relationships and taking responsibility for customer satisfaction. Working Hours: Monday - Friday, flexible between 7am - 6pm, 37.5 hours per week.
