£450-£500 Weekly Pay (PAYE – No Umbrella Company)

The Role:
4. Support Learning: Assist teachers in delivering lessons, help students understand tasks, and provide extra support to those who need it.
5. Classroom Management: Help maintain a positive and safe learning environment, including supervising small groups or individuals.
6. Administrative & Practical Tasks: Prepare resources, mark work, and assist with day-to-day classroom activities to ensure lessons run smoothly.
The Candidate:
7. Holding a Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
8. Experience working with children in a classroom setting is preferred; however, we also welcome applications from individuals with backgrounds in care, support work, sports coaching, or psychology.
