You will be working with Hays Education, one of the largest recruitment agencies working within primary schools in Nunearton & Bedworth. We are currently recruiting Supply Teachers who can teach within the EYFS - KS2 on a day-day basis as well as long-term.
Supply TeachingAs a Supply Teacher, you will be working in a classroom teaching children in the absence of their original Teachers. You will have the responsibility of teaching. Therefore, you will be required to plan and deliver the lessons following the school policy as well as marking and providing feedback where relevant. You will also be observing behaviour and ensuring all children are following the behavioural policy and any other issues to be reported back to the Teacher - any safeguarding issues please report to the on-duty DSL.
You may be supporting different schools on a day-to-day, ad hoc basis or, and if this is your preferred choice, you will be working at the same school on a long-term basis, either full-time or part-time.
Remember working on supply ispletely flexible and can work around your othermitments.
What you'll need to succeed
1. To be a successful Supply Teacher, you must have a good knowledge of the primary school National
2. Curriculum where you will be covering various of year groups.
3. You should be able to adapt to different teaching methods and environments and be confident in doing so.
4. You must have experience teaching within the last 5 years in the teaching industry and hold a QTS, PGCE or ECT.
