Opportunity

- Work across digital performance, customer behaviour, retention and ecommerce analytics
- Help shape how data is used to drive growth across multiple consumer brands
- Influence decisions across ecommerce, product, marketing and customer experience
- Support major digital transformation and platform migration initiatives
- Analyse website performance, customer behaviour and ecommerce journeys
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting and insights using SQL and BI tools
- Measure conversion performance and identify opportunities to improve customer experience
- Deliver insight into customer acquisition, retention, subscriptions and repurchase behaviour
- Evaluate the impact of digital initiatives, testing programmes and new technologies
- Support platform migrations and digital transformation projects
- Segment performance across products, categories, customers and channels
- Partner with ecommerce, product and marketing teams to deliver actionable recommendations
- Experience working within a DTC, ecommerce or digital business
- Strong SQL skills and experience analysing complex datasets
- Experience using BI and visualisation tools
- Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, conversion funnels and ecommerce metrics
- Ability to translate data into clear commercial recommendations
- Experience partnering with product, ecommerce, digital or marketing stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Up to £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits
