About the role
Client Liaison Manager position at Avery Healthcare. Dual‑site in Leeds, support sales and marketing in two care homes. Manage the department’s daily operations, meet/exceed budget targets, fill the homes with the agreed client base and maximise revenue.
Responsibilities
* Ensure sales targets and marketing deadlines are met, adhere to brand standards.
* Answer general sales and marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers including brochures and internet.
* Maintain up‑to‑date information on the pipeline of potential members and anticipate when they may become residents.
* Develop new contacts and maintain regular, close contacts with key care influencers.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and a clean licence record.
* Negotiation skills with skill and expertise.
* Effective interpersonal and professional telephone manner.
* Ability to prioritise own workload.
* Background in a previous sales position (preferred).
* DBS Disclosure check (cost paid by Avery).
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
