On behalf of our client, we are seeking a committed Operations Manager to lead a team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness across the hospital.
As part of the Domestic Services Operational Management Team, you will share responsibility for recruitment, staff selection, welfare, and disciplinary procedures.
You will facilitate induction programs and ongoing staff training and development, ensuring standards are achieved and maintained through monitoring systems, policies, procedures, risk assessments, and action planning.
The Operational Management Team will have responsibility for approximately 422 staff members.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience managing a team of cleaning staff
* IOSH training
* Knowledge of budget management
* Experience managing change
* A hands-on attitude, as you will be required to clean at times
This is a temporary-to-permanent role for the successful candidate.
You will undergo an enhanced DBS check prior to starting.
