Our Support Worker role is vital to our team, ensuring the individuals we support can live as independently as possible within their own homes and communities. This role involves providing support with:
* Meal preparation and planning
* Domestic duties
* Mental wellbeing
* Personal care
* Hobbies, activities, and events

Our organization supports individuals every day of the year, so roles will involve working both weekdays and weekends. The Brentwood Support Worker position involves 10 or 12-hour shifts: 8am-8pm, 10am-10pm, or 12pm-10pm.
