About the Role:
Position: Complex Needs Assistant
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
* Location: Worthing
This school provides exceptional support for children with ADHD, autism, challenging behaviour, and medical conditions. All pupils have a healthcare plan, with some requiring tube feeding or personal care assistance.

Your Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Assist with personal care, healthcare needs, and classroom activities.
* Work closely with teachers and healthcare professionals to support each child's learning and well-being.
* Manage challenging behaviour with confidence and understanding.
