that has seen dramatic growth in recent months. To maintain momentum, they are looking for an experienced
Fractional Head of Sales
to join the team on a
12-month maternity cover contract
.
The Role
This is a pivotal role where you'll bring proven sales leadership experience to shape and deliver the company's next phase of growth. You will:
* Develop and implement the sales & marketing strategy
* Drive new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships
* Coach and mentor the internal sales team to improve performance and capability
* Collaborate with the leadership team to align commercial plans with company objectives
* Be customer-facing, with around
20% travel
to support business development and key accounts
About You
* Strong track record in
senior sales leadership
, ideally within SaaS or B2B technology
* Experience developing
scalable go-to-market strategies
in a high-growth environment
* Comfortable balancing
strategic leadership with hands-on execution
* Able to work in a
fractional role (c.30 hours per week)
* Based within reach of Leeds (hybrid working: 2+ days per week in the office)
