Senior Surveyor - Commercial Property Management

Beach Baker is delighted to be instructed on an opportunity to recruit an experienced Commercial Property professional at Senior Surveyor level to join a growing regional team.

What You'll Be Doing
7. Managing the day‑to‑day operation of a mixed commercial property portfolio
8. Preparing and overseeing service charge budgets and reconciliations
9. Managing rent collection, arrears, lease events and landlord/tenant matters
10. Carrying out property inspections and ensuring full compliance
11. Coordinating contractors and overseeing planned and reactive maintenance
12. Assisting with asset management initiatives
13. Building strong relationships with clients, tenants and key stakeholders
14. Producing clear, high‑quality reporting
15. Supporting and mentoring junior team members as required
What They're Looking For
16. MRICS Qualified (or working toward qualification)
17. Experience operating at Senior Surveyor or similar level
18. Confident communicator with strong client‑facing skills
19. Commercially minded, organised and proactive
20. Ambitious individual keen to develop and progress
21. Full UK driving licence
Package & Details
22. Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
23. Full‑time, Monday-Friday
24. Flexible / agile working offered
